Of the teams you mentioned, how many have played in the title since LSU? Virginia, South Carolina, Oregon State, Louisville, Florida, Vandy. Of those schools, Vandy and Oregon State have played since LSU. That is two teams. Who can’t count?

So 5 teams played in two CWS finals? Sorry but there’s only been two champions since LSU last played in a title game. Only two of the teams you’ve mentioned have played in the title since LSU did. I’ll ask again, does that mean LSU has the 3rd best program currently?

Florida is the only one of those schools are better than LSU as a program right now. With Pat Casey retiring, Oregon St is done. Louisville only makes the CWS. Virginia hasn’t been to the title game since 2015. They haven’t been that good since then. Florida may be the only one who is a better program but we aren’t that far behind them.

You really aren’t very bright. LSU played in the title in 2017. There’s been two CWS finals since then. Only two. And only two of the teams you mentioned played in them. The other teams were Arkansas and Michigan. I only proved that you have no idea what you’re talking about. How can five teams play in two CWS finals? That isn’t possible. Try to follow a little better. You’re not good with details. Maybe that’s why you think LSU has fallen off so far.

You attempted to slip in a word twist to change the subject then reset what was “since our last title” which is what I said and change it to “since we last played for a title”. Dude, I literally asked you the same thing every single time after you named those teams. You didn’t read and were answering a question I didn’t ask. It’s not a word twist and not trying to be slick. I was showing you that of the programs who are all “better” than us, only two of them have played in the title since LSU has.

I thought we were discussing current status of programs. Did you not pick a timeframe of between our last championship and now? Did someone else not mention LSU’s record since 2016? I used your timeframe and asked how many teams have won multiple or played in the championship since LSU won it. You finally answered and then I asked how many of those teams with “better” programs have played in the title since LSU. And exactly two of them have. So while you’re spending all your time trying to argue how far we’ve dropped off, you mention these teams in which most have not played in the title since we have. Now I can’t use our last CWS appearance because that’s off limits and makes LSU look better than we really are? Cool new rule. It’s bias to use the last 2-3 years that include an SEC championship and CWS title appearance, no. 2 overall ranking and another top 15 ranking? Interesting definition of bias.

You did pitiful. Sorry to inform you. You proved my point that since we last won the championship, very few programs have had the success we’ve had. Of those teams you mentioned with “better” programs, only two have played in the title since LSU last played in it. Sorry that speaking about success shows bias to you. I guess my only option is to bash the players, program, and most importantly the coach. Otherwise I’m biased. I’m sorry you got angry about LSU’s success and couldn’t think of anything to do but resort to name calling.
