And whether you believe it or not, if you are weighing in on whether or not the suspension is valid, you are in fact speculating. Unless you know all the details of what took place, and what TM7 was told by Alleva and Miles before the latest incident happened.

Yeah everyone on here is speculating to some degree. I'm not Joe Alleva, or Herb, or Mark, or Verge or anyone else up there that has every single fact on this scenario.

I'm still not sure how that changes the result if LSU follows our own internal policy and the NCAA's. that would be fairly compliant. I'm not sure why this kid has to be punished more severely at LSU based on what you've stated more than other schools if he served the requisite suspension for his transgressions.

My issue was directed at cast4LSu, or whatever his name was. He was critical of others for speculating. I simply pointed out that we all were speculating. He insists that he is NOT speculating. We are all speculating, he's just in denial. Go back and read his posts. Speculate away. But don't call out everyone else for speculating.

Because the policy would indicate that it what happens when you fail three tests. There is speculation involved there but it has some factual support. Do we have a policy if you fail four tests? I won't speculate on that number because I don't believe a policy exists to even reach that number of failures.
