Nothing to do with winning the tournament. We shouldn't get shut out. We should win a game where we only give up 2. Not hitting is a problem regardless of the meaninglessness of a game.

Why go to a game not giving a shite about winning, b/c it was apparent they didn’t care today?
When your coach makes it clear he isn’t there to win, the players play reflects that, and it was clear as day in both games.

Apparently LSUs pitchers didn’t get the same memo as the hitters did for this game because all of them were awesome. I wouldn’t blame Noot, Shores or Mayers one bit for wanting to whoop the entire batting lineups arses for completely wasting a great pitching performance. That was pathetic and those pitchers should be pissed at all of them.

What does that have to do with anything? The complaints are that we look like arse at the plate the last 16 innings or so. None of the excuses change that. Could we come out hot for the regional? Sure. But it doesn't mean getting shut out shouldn't warrant some complaints.

Go celebrate nothing b/c we didn’t feel like winning baseball games yesterday and today. Have your circle jerk about how smart you and the rest of the losers are.
I can’t wait to see the strategy of which ace pitches against a fricking 4 seed next weekend since Jay had to sacrifice this weekend so he can beat a midweek team with one of his two aces in the regional.
