That is a crock. You don't think a 13-2 2.00 ERA record better his odds than a 10-5?? Yes I know all about Felix Hernandez winning the CY with a mediocre record. Win/Loss isn't the most determinant measuring stat, but it does matter to some degree.

I'm honestly surprised they have not shut him down yet. He's at 152 innings now combined minors and majors. I'm not one of those who necessarily buy into the rule of not allowing pitchers to throw more than 30 innings more than they ever have, but lots of baseball folks do and he's there now.
