How about this? Just cheer...yell, scream, jump...do whatever. Make noise. Make a difference. Don't worry about coming up with planned cheers. Stick with "Here we go Tigers" and other than that just get excited. There is nothing worse than contrived cheers

I have an idea...and I am borderline serious about this....how about emailing Alleva and asking for his input? I am sure there are some things he remembers from Duke that he must have liked. I don't want to copy them, or anyone else, but some input would be nice.

Unless you can get the people together at a meeting (ala Texas A&M) and come up with the cheers then it'll be pointless to try to teach people at the game. Plus, the lower section sees different people on a game by game basis. The upper section is totally irrelevent

You gotta understand killercoconut...
When the Maniacs section was barely full, they whined and complained. (even though the rest of the PMAC's attendance sucked as well)
When the SS finally started to fill up (into the ticket sales seats I might add)...they whined that we weren't loud enough.
The SS finally got loud at the MS game...and now they are whining that our cheers suck and are too high school like.
Unless we're perfect, some are just always gonna find something to bitch about. Thats just how it is.
I know I'm gonna get a ton of heat for saying this and many will prob just deny it saying "we're not whining about this/that etc." I dont care, it shows how tired I'm getting from hearing some of yall cry about the SS all the time. Its stupid. We're all tiger fans here and we all cant wait to see the PMAC go absolutely INSANE come Saturday!

I had the pleasure of going to my first game at Cameron Indoor in November. Their student section is absolutely amazing, jumping and yelling the entire game, organized in their cheers, and never has any vulgar cheers. They are what every student section should strive to be, IMHO.
