Simple adjustments that anyone watching the tv broadcast can see. Add your own.

1. Put Harris in the damn shotgun. He clearly has trouble reading a defense in his drop.
2. Implementation of a trips formation so that Harris doesnt have to be a full field progression qb.
3. Stop with the pin them back ko. We kick it out of bounds at least once a game.
4. Stop with the rugby punts. We shank just as many as we pin back.
5. Fire peveto. His recruiting can not outweigh 2 years of crap special teams play. It used to be one of our strengths.
6. If the staff insists on running the iformation get the damn fullback involved. JD Moore is athletic enough.

Tell Dupree to quit dropping passes.

stop with so many play action fakes- it stops Harris from making reads and frankly isn't effective in a lot of situations

Meh. Id rather give Aranda a shot.
I said simple. Im for replacing Miles but firing the entire offensive staff and Miles isnt simple imo.

Rick, all of those would require a separation from the Miles and Cam tendencies.

Or if you are going to continue the play action fakes, give them a good reason to be faked out. As in, actually keep the ball and run 50% of the time, hand it off 25% of the time, and pass the other 25%.

Our offense has not been terrible miles' entire tenure. Come on. No reason to make stuff up. There is more than enough valid criticism.

Also, someone....Dameyune Craig... needs to teach these receivers on working to get open when Harris or whomever has to scramble and roll out. I saw receivers just standing around when Harris had to scramble

that TTU game was a curse for a fanbase looking for change.
