"The funny part about it, we're all talking two weeks ago about how much difference the crowd's going to make to the LSU people. Well, LSU played well in front of 62,000 of our people and then turned around and went home and played a 1-4 Kentucky team at noon and had 95,000 people there. You want to talk about an elite program, that's one. I don't know about this place."

46,000 is more than Miami has drawn in either of their past 2 games against Kansas State (43,786) or Bethune Cookman (40,387) where there are 5.6 million people compared to 1.8 million in the entire state of West Virginia.

Nice... He's still a tad bit "rapey" for my liking, but that's respect.

he's there for 2 years imo. He'll go 21-5 in his 2 years, and then he'll be off to a bigger gig

s this guy serious? What a self-entitled prick

The word from Texas Tech was that he was always complaining that Leach didn't give him enough credit in the media. So he went to Houston. Like Leach, he seams like a great coach for certain programs, but he comes with some baggage.

I used to see Leach at coaching clinics and while his peers were all dressed to impress, he would be in warm ups. Great coach, but won't fit in at "State U" or "U of State". He's not interested in taking care of boosters or speaking with the Rotary Club. Holgorsen may have similar issues.

He should just stick to the OC gig. We may have an opening.
