Jarell Martin signed with them in 2015.

If it is that wide spread what can they really do about it other than punish new offenders harshly.

They'll hammer some repeat offenders and a few of the most egregious.

And if they do then its not even a punishment. If every team on your level faces the same sanctions then its not a punishment its just a new rule

Baylor hid rapes, Auburn Paid 1 player 180k, Ole Miss has documentation that they paid players and hired hookers, Penn State protected a pedafile, North Carolina completely made up classes.
Now the NCAA and FBI is going to come down hard on a sport that the allow 1 and dones in? Oh a billion dollar business where players and coaches received money on the side? No way!
What a fuching clown show.
ETA: Hopefully the NCAA isn’t dumb enough to hurt their own product. They already have some players leaving to go overseas and prep one year then come back.
I bet it’ll be a ton of vacated wins and probabtion. Which is fine by me, we didn’t win shite with Martin and Simmons anyways.

If LSU is caught in this due to Simmons, anyone who signed off on Jones hire ought to be fired after hiring him after Lester Earl fiasco.
Patrick would be the assistant that would likely be implicated.
