Negative intangibles are just as impactful as positive intangibles. Leaders don't throw their teammates under the bus, they learn, communicate, and adapt. Rattler is the type of guy that blames everyone else for things not going right because he thinks he's the best thing that has happened to the team. He has a cancerous personality that we want nothing to do with. This kid isnt Johnny Manziel.

Oh no doubt, but the difference between the two is Johnny Manziel was a significant difference maker for TAMU. Rattler isn't and the true freshman Caleb Williams made that apparent last weekend.
