Expect that Cam will make it happen next year. And oh how quick we forget the improvement Cam made with Mett.

We had the game one last night, our game plan worked. The blame rests with the defense. We were ahead with 50 seconds to play. How in the hell is that Camerons fault? We couldn't get a stop when we had too. End of story. We out played Bama, but we just didn't have enough fight left at the end. This didn't start happening overnight, it has always been the case with LSU football. Ror over a hundred years, with the exception of a handful of seasons. We are in the greatest years of our schools history, why can't some of you enjoy what we have. I think many have forgotten what its like to really suck.

At least the man is true to his word "We will run 1950s football until we can do this. We'll run one route the whole year."

These same problems have existed under different OCs, so you can't blame Cameron. These problems have existed with Freshman all the way to Senior QBs. The only link between all those is Les, so you can start the blame with him.

We just don't get our skill players in the flow of the game, thus when called upon, they falter.

So does Miles deserve the praise for Lee's solid numbers in 2011 and Mett's outstanding numbers in 2013?

Crowtons offense was ridiculous, Studd was a offense line coach playing OC, Kragthorp had parkisons. Cam was supposed to be the big time OC that was going to change things. I'm not just talking about the play calling, which does indeed suck, I'm talking about the whole development of the passing game and the system we try to do it from. Surely you don't think Cam doesn't have some responsibility for that.

I put it squarely on Cam Cameron. He's paid the big money. He's the one who was the heralded pro OC. Where is he in all this?

Both QBs are still very young, and the receivers really didn't help jennigns out very much last night. Dural did make a few tougher catches, thats about it.

I'll reserve judgment til next season to see what kind of progress we see. Both players got some valuable experience this year (hopefully Harris gets some more here at the tail end of the season).

Lets see how that translates into our bowl game, and then in the off-season.

Sure, as long as you give him credit for that record breaking 2013 season.

over 10 years Miles hasnt given me any reason to think otherwise. Every year its the same thing, people all over whoever is OC. They get sent away, new OC comes in, and nothing has changed

I think the blame should be at least shared by Jennings and his limitations. Yes, Cam is the QB coach and should be counted upon to train and improve the players under his care, but maybe we haven't seen any improvement because AJ has simply reached his limit.

A QB coach, no matter how good they are at fixing mechanics, won't be able to turn Jeff Driskell into Andrew Luck. If a player has hit his ceiling, then he's hit his ceiling.

Look at Mett: Two years in the system without Cameron, one as the starter, and he was. . .serviceable at best. Cam comes in and BOOM, he's a first/second round talent.

I've said about the bland playcalling that I think Cam is handicapped by having to try and work around Jennings shortcomings, and I think the same (or a similar) argument could be made for the lack of development.

We had a pro level QB and two pro level WR's along with a pro RB. How often did these guys have to bail us out on 3rd down in 2013 due to a crappy system. Far to often.

The happy coincidence of having NFL WRs and an NFL transfer QB. 2012 was such a waste.

sure we will be better next season. How could you be worse. Put these guys right now in a average type of offense that develops it's passing game the average way and throws the average amount and these guys would look at least average right now.
