Should a hit QB where the pass goes forward

Be intentional grounding? Inside the pocket and ball doesn’t cross line of scrimmage. Would be a rule to consider. Ref: Georgia v Florida

Yet the offense gets bailed out. Seems like if the criteria of in the pocket, ball doesn’t cross LOS and no receiver in the area, it should be IG. Not a fan of how the offense gets bailed out on that.

Look at the first word of the penalty “Intentional”.
Getting hit and having the ball go somewhere you didn’t intend is, in fact, unintentional.
