Anyone have an update on how Chase Shores and Jaden Noot are coming along and if we will see them anytime soon?

Shores isn’t going to give you much if any this season. Best base scenario and he’s what Coleman was last year.
Noot should be back in April and we’ll see what we’ve got.

Shores is probably late season/postseason, if we see him at all. No idea with Noot.

Wasn't Noot a projected top 5 round pick out of HS? Dude is super talented. I'm curious to see what he brings to the table.

Did Jay wind up putting Shores on the 40-man? I never saw confirmation of that. You have to set the season roster before the season starts, so if he didn't think Shores had a realistic chance of actually coming back and contributing, that would just be a waste of a spot. But with his huge upside and the depth of this staff, he might have thought it was a risk worth taking. He probably did. I just never saw it confirmed anywhere.

Chase Shores is going to be the same time frame that Coleman had last year at the earliest. Noot should be a little sooner but will have to see. He is still progressing.

Given the depth of this pitching staff. I think you don't see shores all yaer.
