One thing that I like these days is that we are bringing in 240# DE’s and getting them up to 260.
More so with the OL, Getting the 6’6” 270-280# guy and getting them to 300-310, as opposed to bringing in the overweight 330-350# 6’3” OL and asking them to drop 30-40#’s.
