I've never known a plaintiff's lawyer that didn't have a airtight case.
The higher the retainer, the more airtight the case is.

Hence, the reason I said no surprise.

Based on what you know, what is your prediction of what happens?

Any charges?

Any suspensions?

Anyone kicked of team?

I know things change, but just give me your prediction of what happens going forward...

Who cares?

If JJ kicked the kid in the face while the kid was on the ground, he should go to jail.

Bottom line.

Does the kid look all fricked up? No. But I'm thinking that is a blessing, based on what has been reported.

IMO this isn't good for the players. Theyve lost public opinion regardless.
God this place never ceases in amusement factor.

Or we could conclude that JJ doesn't kick worth a shite.

People need to understand that right now the only account of the brawl has come from the people filing the charges. And the witnesses Stone has said he has spoken to already.
Wrong. Guess this should be expected from a duck frick.

Talking heads on WWl seem to agree that most of the 4 won't play at LSU this year.
Had 3-4 guest and the WWL legal advisor on.

If two people hit each other under what circumstances are battery charges filed against one party only?
If you and I hit each other aren't the both of us committing battery against each other?

Technically, you both committed a simple assault and battery (assuming you don't knock the guy out.)

Wouldn't the first person to hit be committing battery, and the one that got hit could claim self defense?

Law firm of a friend is handling the case for the plaintiffs. They feel the case is "airtight"

Unless your friend is a judge, this info is bogus.

in my uneducated opinion this incident along with the perilloux scene (outside the varsity??) gave us a good starting point for that title now that it appears to be vacated by the 'Canes

The players should file charges of verbal abuse by the people in the truck particularly attempted vehiclular manslaughter if they were trying to force their way through a crowd with a truck.
