Your ancestors came here to BECOME AN AMERICAN. They were more than likely Christian’s as well and because of that, they came here to add value to this country and their own lives.
The immigrants that are flooding in to western civilization are wanting those countries to accept them and their beliefs, rather than them change. Just like you wouldn’t want an invited guest to come to your house and demand you hand over your house, keys, assets and family over to them and demand you adjust to their customs, neither should a country do that.
