Rub routes

He had the best QB and receivers in the country with an NFL running back. That is what makes you a genius in the game.

Why didnt Brady do as well at his next stop?
Why did the Buffalo Bills quickly snatch Brady up to come coach the now NFL MVP candidate Josh Allen?

No. It's not even new to the SEC. That's been in the SEC since Kentucky in the late 90s
It may not be new, but many SEC offenses don’t implement option routes past a basic level because they don’t trust their QB and WRs to execute them properly. What was next level about our 2019 offense was how heavily we implemented them and how well we executed them.

He had tremendous play design and tremendous pre-snap formations. He was a defensive coordinator's worse nightmare. His play design could only work with a precision quarterback and skill players, though. Fact is, their success was reliant on great talent and great offensive coaching. Take one of these away, and you may have pretty good success, but nowhere near what they produced in 2019.
Example: pull up the Alabama game on YouTube and watch the last scoring play of the first half (Burrow to Clyde). That thing is an absolute beauty - Clyde's slight delay and dragging between two receivers who brought the DBs with them. He split the two receiver routes for the TD.

All playcalling looks good when it’s executed.

he had the talent but it couldn't be JUST that
Well that talent was a top 5 nfl qb and two top 5 wrs and a starting nfl back.

When you have one of best college QBs of all time and all your skill players are first round picks it’s not that hard

I believe having 4 first round skill players made him look much better than he is...we see how he did with carolina.

All Brady had to do was recognize jets, Chase, and Marshall for what they were & implement a scheme that let Burrow cut it loose.
Basically Brady’s job was don’t sabotage the offense & play to your strengths + that’s what he did.
You’ll never see an offense that dominant again. There’s not an NFL team today that could afford that roster.

when you have a QB that was the best QB in the history or college football, it hides a lot of flaws that the offense may have had
