The WR will be the hardest hit. The LB and QB can go they really were not to the level of the other groups. QB, I believe we have covered. I hope we can come up with some very good LB talent. The one thing we lack on defense was a leader on the field.

I'd add Asst Coaches to your list.

So far: B Gonzales

Man, losing all these guys really sucks! Why are so many underclassmen leaving? I understand the disappointment following the BCSC game, but these losses seem unprecedented. Up until this, we were planning on having back even a better team next year. Maybe not so now.

Because Les has given them no reason to believe that it will be any diffrent next year when he left JL and or Mett on the sideline and also showed no confidence in the recievers to try and pass in the biggest game in LSU history.

Mitch was a very good blocking TE and WILL be missed. Your disrespect reflects poorly on you.

Is there any evidence out there on RS declaring other than his tweeds the other day?

I would imagine it depends on when he thinks he'll be drafted

Not so sure why so many ppl think this kid is gone after a few emotional tweeds (if that's all it was).

Detillier projected him as a late round pick at best.

Mett couldn't start over JJ

Mett was never going to start over either of them because he's never played a snap in the SEC and would have only been a sophomore. The reason JJ/JL played so early was out of need, not because they were ready.

I totally agree it was an emotional reaction to his lack of play. Why leave a team where you should be one of the top play makers for a very highly ranked team?
