Thank God he had a firearm. If the story is true Clyde and friend could be dead.

Can people like you shut the frick up and move to like Ireland or some shite, where “mass shootings don’t happen right!!!” His father is a police officer. He possessed the gun legally. He was released from custody. He went to a bad area and he took a gun. I’d say he was pretty smart and damn lucky he had a gun with him, considering a gun was pulled on him. Jesus Christ man some people don’t get it. The second amendment states CEH can carry a god damn gun.

If you were going make a cash transaction with a stranger, you wouldn’t want to bring protection?

It’s America commie. Athletes don’t drop the Bill of Rights when they sign.

This Is Broome's Baton Rouge. Alton Sterling created a whole new culture where it is okay to rob and thug and call it a living. And then martyr people who die because they did just that and the cops are racists. CEH and the rest of us are just protecting ourselves from those who saw the case and the city leaders like C. Denise R Kelley and Broomstick and the like who think it is okay to behave like that. CEH did what he had to do it sounds like. We live in a city where the criminals are now more protected than ever and they know it.
And it's your fricking right, moron. It is written. Damn. 1 great right of the original 10.

Why are these athletes even carrying guns?
Because they legally can.

I feel as though CEH should be punished if the weapon wasn’t registered to him or if it isn’t legal for him to be in possession of.
Oh you're fricking retarded.

I carried a fully automatic, not fully semi automatic, M16 when I was 18.
I was trusted enough to defend this country at the time with it.
Why can't CEH defend himself?

That's the dumbass trying to rob someone with a BB gun's problem.

This is just perfect evidence of why libtards cannot run this country. This story will barely make national news outside of ESPN.

Got people are so ignorant to the whole “registered” guns thing. There is no such thing. If you trace the gun with the ATF it always comes back to the original owner unless you sell it to a Licensed dealer (FFL)

Literally crazy how all of a sudden, either everyone is an instant member of the NRA, or this particular situation has everyone all of a sudden all for gun rights.

Because the guy looking to take you off is not deterred by ones ability to pass block and/or pick up a blitz.
That said, prob not a great idea to head up to 68th Ave for any reason, much less a CL sale. I have a guy who works for me who lives on 74th, and sometimes I'll bring him home. You get in and get out, without interacting with anyone. It's a very tough area for outsiders, and no picnic for the people living there either.
He's a lucky guy tonight.

There is no "gun registry".
In LA your vehicle is an extension of your residence...so unless he had a disqualifying conviction, domestic violence order against him or some other disqualifer, he was elk within his right to be in posession of a firearm.
