As a head coach, O seems to welcome this conservative philosophy. O really seems to be a replica of les miles. I've listened to him. This max protection with just a couple wides I believe is what he wants. When asked why we don't go 4 wide, he has said more than once, "we're not there yet." He said it last season. He has said it this season. Men, I'm afraid this is just how it's going to be. This is going to be the same ole guaranteed loss to sabamm each year and a couple other losses (florida or auburn or Texas a&m). It's acceptance time. 10 & 3 will be our ceiling each year.

We'll never ever be able to pass protect in this scheme. Never ever. It's much too easy for the big time defenses.

Nosir. I've listened to his responses in his press conferences and his coaches show.

I think we'll see a new OC next year.

I don't think that is true, it is possible to pass protect better.

Carrot on a stick. Moving Goalposts. Sheep graze on it. Tell them what they want to hear while protecting your position.

Good lord, Henny Penny. 10-3 isn’t the ceiling THIS YEAR.

We’ll be favored at A&M, so 10-2 is the most likely regular season finish, then the bowl W/L will depend on matchup. 11-2 is our ceiling.

I just think that we have limitations this year in both talent and being able to scheme around that lack of talent. Especially on the line.

I don't see one offseason significantly changing that.

I think O knows we need a new OC and offensive philosophy next year.

And if Alleva lets him just run around hiring and firing at will, then we're screwed.

Somewhat, of course, but the overall philosophy will not change, and our o-line will always have about the same talent it has now.

No.

We don’t throw as much as we want because we can’t.

SE does not have to be fired.

This inept offense has no chance at finishing 11 & 2. Get that out your mind.

bullshite. We could throw quick, short passes in the right scheme.

Why are most of LSU's plays slow developing passing plays if we can't pass protect?
