Puts the Les Miles situation in perspective for me. Our fans are the absolute worst...Chicken Little syndrome.

You can root for our teams and hope that they do better without spewing hatred towards the coaches. Get a grip people. You don't have any impact on the outcomes anyway, so just relax a little.

I swear this university has never lost a game where the coach didn't blow it or the refs didn't screw us(but the coach was also stupid in that game).

Difference: JJ was a career .500 coach before coming to LSU and only won his conference once.

His SEC record is guess what?!?!? .532.

Les Miles has dwarfed those accomplishments

People always bring up Less' decline when arguing against him but no one ever mentions CJJ incline each year when arguing him... Hmm pussy

That's because his North Texas record was shite and he should have never been hired. 9-9, 9-9, 11-7 is barely a skateboard ramp son

Incline?? Like I've been saying this year should be sweet sixteen or bust. Last year we were one and done with 2 1st round draft picks. Let that marinate for a second.

You are completely ignoring the fact that he's improved each year here. And he'll improve the record this year.

Les was a 28-21 coach coming to LSU inheriting a program that won 22 games and a NC the 2 years prior to arriving.

Mickey was a second round draft pick

And missed a layup and the end of the game against NC state. How can you forget that.

I'm cool with sweet 16 or bust that's reasonable and if he fails that I get this pissed offness. But last year was make the tourney and he did that but still caught heat.

With a much smaller sample size, and his time at LSU makes that completely insignificant

I agree we are the shittiest fans in the nation. The season just starts and people already crying about JJ and the team. Give it a rest people. On the other hand he really needs to sit Gray...Amirite?

Johnny is clearly improving the program. He has short comings as a coach but don't act like we haven't improved since bo Spencer was our starting point guard.

I recall that team winning a game in the tournament against a Butler team that went on to consecutive Final Fours actually

Trent Johnson couldn't recruit his way out of a lunch sack, and Johnny Jones can't coach his way out of one. Can we tag team next year?

I haven't seen anything from him that would lead me to believe we'll advance past the 1st round of the tournament regardless of his talent

Well right there. Every time he achives something it's because of talent. But when the team loses its all on him. I'm perfectly fine saying he lost us some games last year but I don't think today was one. Or yesterday to that matter. Your staring pg and SG went 11/40 from the field. That's rough.

Last year's team should have been a lot more than one and done!
