yeah, he shoulda been busting his butt for sure. I'm just not going to say it was a given he'd been standing at 3rd afterwards.

this i can agree with. perhaps he wouldve decided to stay at 2nd either way. but by him not hustling he never even gave himself that option. what if it kicks away the centerfielder even further.
