SEC Office "Sorry Mr.Williams about the erroneous pass interference penalty called on you"

The SEC expects their players to simply forget the gross incompetence among SEC officials and still represent the Southeastern Conference in a bowl game. Maybe the SEC should start sending letters of apology to the players in the conference and force incompetent referees to get retrained when such mistakes occur, and if these mistakes continue, fired.
From the Southeastern Conference:
"Sorry, Mr. Williams about the pass interference penalty erroneously called on you that cost LSU the game, the referee in question has been suspended temporarily until he has been properly trained. Again, our sincerest apologies."

Looks like LSU needs to start handing out pacifiers and rape whistles before games we should win by 20. Its never the coach and players' fault.

What does apologizing now even accomplish? Greedy still got flagged. And again for disputing the first flag. And aTm still keeps the "W".
At this point, the "apology" is naught more than a middle finger to Greedy, the other LSU players and the coaches. They were better off not apologizing when apologizing changes literally nothing. And they don't even mean it, anyway.

I guess LSU players don't consider playing for LSU an honor but an LSU debt to them. Therefore represent the school in a bowl game is just an obligation they are not required to fulfill

That bad call has nothing to do with Greedy sitting out
He is sitting out because he plays for himself. Not the conference or the university. That’s what happens when you recruit guys telling them you’re gonna put them in the NFL. When the NFL calls, they go.
