SEC Lawsuit and Threats vs LA Judge Ruling

LSU was “enjoined” in the lawsuit to protect them from any action by the SEC or NCAA to stop LSU playing these guys.
Does none of the actions taken by the SEC since have any legal repercussions on the case? Can the Judge sanction or penalize the commissioner?

Sankey has plenty of judges in his pocket. Everything is going to go in their favor. There will be something worked out privately I expect. But who knows. Curious to see the response from LSU.

He probably cannot sanction the commissioner but possibly the SEC.
The argument they’re making in federal court should be their actual defense on appeal in our state court.
