Because Bama's two losses would be in the division. Lsu only has one loss in the division and beats atm in a tie break because of head to head win.

Also, this is one of the worst threads I've seen in years.

Yes but so are we a 2 loss team and ALA beat us head to head... so why wouldn't they go?

LSU would go the SEC Championship Game if Alabama lost to Auburn AND A&M beat Missouri. Then, there would be a 3 way tie in the West.

The tied team with the highest ranking in the Bowl Championship Series Standings following the last weekend of regular-season games shall be the divisional representative in the SEC Championship Game, unless the second of the tied teams is ranked within five-or-fewer places of the highest ranked tied team. In this case, the head-to-head results of the top two ranked tied teams shall determine the representative in the SEC Championship Game.

Dude, bama would have 2 losses, just like us. Their losses would have both come in the West division. We only lost one in our conference (West) and one in the East (Fla)
Even though they won head to head, we go because of fewer losses in our division, the SEC West

first tie breaker is head to head so its even outall three trams lost to each other

second tie breaker is divisional record LSU would only have 1 divisional loss bama 2 a&m 1 we beat a&m

You really don't understand how this works. We only have 1 loss in the western division. Alabama has 2. That's how it works. It would only be a tie if we had 2 losses in the western division.
