Weak men are at the helm of some of the biggest entities/organizations in our country if anyone hadn’t realized yet.

Mere sheep.

I am all for being prudent but this is getting to be ridiculous. People are going nuts. This is an overreaction.

Do you understand how pandemics work and are most easily spread? And how quickly it can overwhelm our health care system?

Joe Rogan just put out a sobering interview with an infectious disease expert, I suggest you give it a listen.

I think the SEC is actually being more reasonable than a lot of other conferences. Cancelling until the end of the month gives time to gather more info on what's going on and make a determination on the rest of the season later.

I don't think it's prudent to hold the events currently.

And I don't think it's prudent to cancel events scheduled for late April and June at this time.

This is a reasonable way of approaching this.

Such a silly question. Don’t you realize that the Ranters are experts on the mathematical models that epidemiologists use to project transmission rates, etc?

They’ve all seen first hand, patients waiting on stretchers in a hospital hall because no beds are available.

Of course the US was well prepared and swift action was taken in response to the threat in the early days.
