Is LSU a university too? If so, talk to a sound specialist on campus and maybe they can enlighten you. What's the loudest your stadium has been clocked? We have pushed the needle over 133 db, which is louder than your infamous "earthquake game."

you have to have something to cheer about if you want to use crowd noise as an intimidation factor.

This guy Snoop is obviously delusional. 95% of the noise in that stadium I will guarantee is coming from the 15k LSU fans in attendance.

During the October 6, 2007 game against the University of Florida, CBS recorded 130 decibels, thus making it the second loudest collegiate stadium in the country behind Husky Stadium in Seattle, Washington.

When was the last time your stadium has had reason to be 133 db, 1987? I'm pretty sure the crickets were loud for last year's season.

Okay,

So the overhangs, loud-arse fans stacked behind the benches, dog-mascot-taking-a-shite-on-the-sideline - whatever - is as daunting as you say.

Why 0-12? Nothing above would be any different this year than last.

LSU has plenty of basis for taking pride in its loud, intimidating environment. Y'all will find out when y'all come on down to the Bayou.

But, it's the athletes and coaching on the field that counts. And that, my Husky friend, is where all the noise bullship about your stadium isn't going to make a difference.

Yeah, I hear Husky stadium is loud. But I doubt it was the noise that cost Miami in 2000. And I doubt 2009 Wash is anywhere close as good as 2000 Wash. And I doubt the noise will cost LSU, a team used to playing in noise, the game.

why is Michigan Stadium so quiet
Because of the people who attend. They are introverts and such, much like the folks attending UW games.

Ya got 2 things going at LSU (1) stadium size and (2) loud, partying extroverts. Game over!
