Well to give this staff credit, they are doing it with a season full of injuries to major players and using 20+ TF and RSF

Miles would have beaten Troy by a couple of points, of course he would have lost to Bama by 30 and we would have lost the last 2

Miles' team wouldn't have mounted a come back against Auburn regardless of Gus' coaching.

Miles' team would have lost to Florida and Tennessee, and possibly Ar-Kansas as well.

Not to take away from the other coaches, but Aranda's ability to adapt and adjust is incredible.

If you listened to Moscona and Culotta on their live facebook podcast after the game last night, you would think LSU lost the game. They called it boring, conservative, no Brennan, confabulated a conflict between Coach O and Canada, Moscona is "done" with Canada. Insufferable pricks they are.

Absolutely. Very solid effort in tough conditions. Proud of our team and coaches. Chip Kelly, Gruden, and Jimbo will have their hands full in coming years

I think this is true.

Big improvement from Miles and co.

You can debate whether the offense is better coached, or if they are performing better but I think it’s laughable to say the is a big improvement on either side of the ball due to coaching of players rather than style of play. There is a difference.

8-3 with a Sun Belt QB. 8-3 without a great WR and a patchwork OL. 8-3 with lots of injuries on defense. 8-3 playing 25ish freshmen.

Troy sucked but this team has improved. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Our head coach doesn't coach. We have good coordinators. When the coordinators move on what happens next?

I would contend there is no way a Miles-coached team loses to Troy or gets shellacked by Moo State.

How many times were Miles teams that thin on both lines though? Seems like once the freshmen got their ears wet and others recovered from issues/depth was established the team improved dramatically. There have been significantly less penalties as well. I don't have a dog in this fight but I'll pull for whoever our coach is and I do think that this team has continued to grow and improve throughout the year.
