that was one of the most memorable calls in tiger history, and who better to stick it to than a man who made a living for a decade on running up the score against us. but what happened to that man? 4th and goal against fla in 2009, and we kick? he went into that game without any intention or "want" of winning. that play solidified it. not to mention our horrible and flagrantly conservative gameplan. dont give me any of that "florida's defense was great" shite, either. ask moo state, arkansas, so. car and bama how hard is was to move th ball against them. i miss the 4th and go for it les miles. maybe we get that back in '10.

Smart play in that game. That was the only time we had even gotten in their redzone to that point.

his hat, headset, timeouts after changes of possession, gameday preparation, qb development, allegiance to crowton, and 2 minute clock management, allows the local and national pundits to continuously belittle him. the man who became the mad hatter, known for ballsy calls and taking chances, has transitioned into a football media punchline.he is now like a child playing with matches. all of this, coupled with my penis, continues to lower my self esteem.

Great post, higgins.
Made me laugh, which I needed today. Thanks, brother!

I may think he is the stupidest SOB on this planet when it comes to any type of decision making regarding the LSU football program (coaching hires, playcalling, strategy)...but I will give him one thing --

he sure is consistent at it.

He has used "want" as a noun more than anyone in the history of the English language.

I am positive he is in over his head. Great guy but not what we need as a coach.

1. He looks better in a "Madonna" headset, than Madonna does.

2. He's not as bad as Hallman.

3. While not a top 5 coach in the SEC, he's clearly one of the top coaches at LSU at the present time.

Get the bridge ready because you are completely wrong here. Bill Arnsparger was at least as good as Saban while at LSU in recruiting and developing players as well as game day coaching.

Saban is not a great game day coach. He wins with great talent, great preparation and great attention to detail. His game day coaching gets him in trouble all the time and he has to be bailed out...

You are absolutely correct...I did not write it the way I was thinking.
