Just saw that! Good for her not being overshadowed by the UCLA gymnasts & Nichols.

Nichols isn't a senior

But Ohashi is literally a specialist and what Finnegan has done as an all arounder blows that all out the water. Well deserved.

Ohashi is a great gymnast in her own right as well but they made the correct decision.

That award is going to Kyla Ross next year, that shite will be pre determined before the season even starts.

Though I do think Ross is by far the cleaner gymnast

What a deserving winner. Now lets go out and lead the Tigers to that first national title.

This is their time.
This is their year.
The stars will align.
They dealt with a dose of humility and have responded like the champions they are.
Now do what they do and it will be enough.

That makes 2 AAI winners in 3 years for the LSU gymnastics program. Maybe that should tell you something about the quality of the young ladies that we have here as well, as the culture of our program

Got some big time studs coming in that can continue to win awards like these in the next few years
