Those players will then go to a B1G program. He is an idiot.

Also another key difference is Texas tech being a west Texas backwater with very little pull outside of their area. LSU is the flagship state school in a state where the majority of the gov is some combination of a graduate or fan since birth. So you have high level of pressure we can apply on top of the founding member aspect and that Texas did this two weeks ago.

The difference is allowing a conference to enforce its own integrity rules vs deciding who is and isn’t eligible to play college sports. The rulings have a completely different basis and the legal arguments for 5 for 5 players are much stronger and have been heard by multiple courts.

I don't see how Commissioner Sankey can trump a judge's ruling
There is rumor he'll claim Wright is transferring outside of the SEC's Feb deadline, though. So by SEC rules, he'd be ineligible to transfer to another SEC school from OleMiss.
The weakness with that SEC argument is identical to that of the NCAA's original argument .... The players were told they were ineligible to enter the portal in early 2027, so they entered the NFL draft instead.

Yea that as well, a lot of key differences but retard Ross and the liberal media would rather cry and make really dumb comparisons.
Ross should probably get any little media access he has anymore yanked.

Sankey the donkey is no friend of the SEC. He is in it for the money. Your local loan shark smiling all the while taking off finger nails of those not aligned with his “interest” rate. Sky high donkey do.
