So 2003 championship will be gone?

And 2007. They were his players. 17 starters.
Everyone pays players. Shocking. Bammer pays them and coaches them up. Maybe we could try that instead of bitching like betas. Opie grow a pair

I know without a doubt from multiple sources with direct knowledge that Saban bought players at LSU.

If you have all this info all you need to do is tell someone at LSU, Auburn, Tennessee and they will handle the rest, it's easy to sit on a message board and take potshots with fabricated information rather than step up and do something about it

JKC, I suspect that most 4 and 5-star players think they have a NFL career in their future (even though statistically that isn't the case) so they don't heavily weigh their post-football opportunities in their home state vs another state in their decision-making process. Thanks for the reasonable discussion

CoastalTide:

Your welcome. You seem like a straight up guy. And I think you are correct, 4-5 star guys think they are all going to NFL. Even if statistically, that is not true. Saban worked for Bill Belichick as his DC from 1991 to 1994, I think that has an attraction that very few, if any, college coaches can match. Jim Harbaugh I thought might be able to but he has not made the transition back to college as well as I thought he would. Pete Carroll could if he decided to come back to college. Outside of that, don't see it. So that is a variable that also has to be factored in to Saban's recruiting success. My guess is he has the Cleveland Browns team photo in his office from 1991 to 1994 with himself and Bill Belichick. No doubt, that will influence some top notch recruits.

Now, if he's covering up some Penn State or Baylor style shite? You've got everybody's attention.

Well, there was that incident where the Ouachita Parish DA did not file charges on two local Alabama players. I bet some Bama money got put into his bank account.

It’s not secret, my dad was a bag man for Ole Miss. He used to say in 80s that bama had 2-3 bagmen for everyone else in SEC combined.

As the ole ball coach Steve Spurrier has said, “yeah they got guys out of Florida but we could never get any recruits out of bama. Their scholarships seem to be worth more than everyone else’s. “

Most of the people on here are kids, they don’t realize that almost every rule there is is because of some shite bama has pulled.

Will they get caught or sanctioned, who they he’ll knows

This is simply a coping mechanism some LSU fans are using to come to terms with getting soundly beaten. You have to create a boogy man. It CAN'T be that Alabama is just better.

JFC, we all agree Bama is better. You’re not being profound. The question is how does Bama stockpile so many elite players who are all eager to get in line on the depth chart behind the three 5-stars guys ahead of him, and why do those guys uniformly look jacked and skin-tight as soon as they put on a Bama uniform?

So we can accept that these players all just want to be at Alabama and play for Saban, and that Bamas strength training is magically leaps and bounds better than every other program’s, or we can simply ask if something else is afoot.

I mean, I don’t doubt players at all big programs get benefits. It seemed like every player drove a new Expedition when I was at LSU circa 2001. And maybe it’s not against the rules, but I’d still like to know why a player’s entire family moves to Alabama with him.

We’re seeing an unprecedented dynasty in modern college football. Nothing else has come close, and it’s only getting stronger. Usually things that seem too good to be true, are.
