Start at 13:00. The remark about bourbon is hilarious.

It says “this content isn’t available”.

ETA: I only got that message through the Youtube app. It works if I paste the link into the browser.

And true, and I took it as a compliment.

I hate watching him speak, with his nonstop hand gestures.

How fun is that. Funny how I like Nick again. Great speech. I’m going to steal some of that.

I've listened to this speech a few times and shared with my children who are now in college today

- there is so much wisdom in this speech

People who criticize it are freaking losers..."energy vampires"

the speech epitomizes why Nick is the greatest of all time

he understands people, human nature, and he understands what being a leader is all about...

His gift was being relentlessly consistent.

"aight"...words,words,words, "aight", more words..."aight"........
LOL...seriously good speech and gives you and insight into why he was so successful as a coach and why NIL is killing "teams" now. I hope CBK can use his "process" and be successful.

I may be the exception but I do not find him to be at all inspirational. He is dry, his voice has no inflection, and he seems mildly irritated. What he has to say has value, but is certainly far from novel. Vision, process, commitment, and discipline.

He is spot on regarding having underachievers bring an organization down. I have a rule at my company. I never let a single individual cause morale issues for the rest of my team. You have to get rid of those folks or it will kill your entire team. It has served me well for 20 years.

Part of that process was never kicking off players or suspending them
