He wanted Napier. He wanted someone that understood Louisiana and was younger. Really he was just a crybaby when Kelly was wholesale changing staff like getting rid of Moffitt, Faulk, and Raymond and talking about how those guys are what helped build LSU and it was a mistake to get rid of those guys (also probably because he was losing all of his "ins" in the program). But I think BK has gotten him aligned now

2 things. 1-I can separate Ryan Clark the LSU fan (and he is a big one, whether some may like it or not) from Ryan Clark the activist, which I generally don't care for. Hell, Don Lemon is an absolute joke of a journalist, an absolute scumbag, but he's a Tiger fan--and to me that's at least worth something, scumbag or not.
and 2-what exactly did he say? I'm fully ready to stand corrected on this and that's fine, but this sounds like one of those classic tiger rant exaggerations that somehow get repeated enough to where people just accept it as fact, without doing the actual research. Not saying that's YOU, just something that happens often on this site.
