You get the feeling he doesn't think he played a great team.

He's right though, he overthrew everything in the first half. Looked like he was over excited. Alot of his throws in the late 3rd and 4th were money though.

I was also shocked that their last drive and overtime drive they abandoned the unerneath routes that they torched us on most of the first half.

Cause he was sacked 3 times and thrown around more than the time he got caught shoplifting in Texarkana.

Nothing warmed my heart more to see him pouting after we won in overtime, Esp. after he told Erin Andrews "I told you so", and she didn't know what the hell he was talking about....The kid seems like punk to me. JMHO

He only improved because Chavis called off the dogs.

We've got some good players. But not a GOOD TEAM.
Good teams do not struggle to execute fundamentals.

Mallet was acting like a huge punk when they took the lead late. His coaches had to grab him and calm him the frick down.

It was an epic trash talk FAIL.

He lost NFL money tonight book it. he is now coming off like a punk dancing on the sidelines. he needs to be talking to a coach or a receiver or something besides looking like a punk. I actually liked him coming into last night. The NFL gms dont want to spend 30 million on someone like that to be the face of your franchise ie Jamarcus Russell example #1. Talent is not everything in the nfl.

Spot on. Why, why, why, would we let up on the pressure. He has been horrible all year when the heat is on, as he was in the first half, then we abandon bringing the dogs in the second half.

I was questioning WHY the entire second half? They gave up 24 pts. in the second half with that 3-man front, including huge conversions on 3rd and 4th and long on their final drive.

I mean <just speculation>, that terrible Penalty on Chad Jones late might have saved LSU - because it enabled ARK to score faster - being that, I didn't see LSU stopping them with 3 guys rushing.

But then in OT, he let's the dogs out and ARK gets stuffed..Go figure!

LSU football = mediocrity

Million dollar talent with 10 cent coaching.
