Looks like Shep made it. Philly releases their cut list to get to 53 and Shep is not cut. Congrats to him.

Happy for him. If he couldn't make it in a Chip Kelly offense, I'm afraid that it would have been the end for him. Big ups to Shep.

As much as Kelly liked to run the ball at Oregon, they only project him to carry 3 RB's into the season.
