. I mean, did Leonard Fournette tear it up with 100 yard games to start off his college career?
He had 10 TDs with over 1k yards rushing as a true fresh..
Emery should likely start.. He would be the most talented back on the roster.

I'm getting drilled for this, but I think Davis is a potential Bama flip.
Are you kidding me? Davis has been locked in for like 1.5 years now, he's a gigantic LSU fan. He's not going anywhere

Amazing how many people here really think CEH is just not good and that two freshman are going to come in and be #1 and #2 right away

Ya, CEH is a legit SEC RB. Line play improves, so will he.

Curry needs to stay. He's going to be a good back just needs time.
Totally agree. He was a top 10 RB in HS. He's got a ton of potential. Hopefully he sticks around. If he can't get touches they should look to use his athleticism elsewhere.
Might be a beast of a LB if given the chance.

I dont see Curry or Provens playing too much. curry maybe 30-ish carries, Provens barely any.
I honestly believe, for no rational reason other than a few HS clips and the spring game this year, that Provens will surprise some folks if he gets a chance in a game or two.
I could be wrong because, as I stated, I have no real rational reason to believe this

CEH is good. He's just not up to the talent level we've enjoyed at LSU for so many years. This year is the weakest RB group we've had in a very long time. If ever there was a year for a young RB to step right in and take the #1 job, this was it. No one wrestled the job from Brossette, projected to be a late round draft pick that'll need to excel in special teams to stick.
Emery is a national recruit and a 5-star on some services. It'll be very hard to others to stave him off.
