I think our oline struggles have been exacerbated by TDP having poor vision. Kiner seems to get yards when he touches the ball.. give that guy the ball more.

I can agree with that, except that there is a designated hole for the O-line to open, and when they don't open that hole almost every time, running the ball gets much more difficult.

Man, defenses don't just sit there waiting for offensive lines to open holes. Defenses dictate where holes can be opened and where they cannot.

So you're telling me the defense decides what hole the offensive coordinator says to run the ball through?

Can’t pass either if the line can’t block. Whatever the offense does they better do it quickly to keep moo state defense off balance.

State is #16 in the country against the run. Probably not a good weekend to figure things out.

That may be why they are trying Anthony Bradford at LT.

quote:

Coming up will be their first SEC test in Mississippi State. Who will line up at left tackle? On Wednesday, Ed Orgeron stated that he was unsure if Cam Wire would be able to play on Saturday. The team went with Xavier Hill at left tackle against Central Michigan, but now it looks as though another name will be inserted into the starting lineup.

At practice, Anthony Bradford has been running with the first team at left tackle. He could get his first start there as Orgeron and the staff is looking for answers at left tackle. Bradford is a guard by trade, but the 365-pound sophomore will look to man the edge on the left.

He's much more of a road grader type than a finesse player. Either way they need to figure out who can play LT.

You do know that Lsu has a really bad oline, don't you? If not, where have you been the past two seasons?

I think this line would do better knowing the play, regardless of the formation, is an outright run vs an RPO.

Dellinger's shoulder must really be in bad shape if they're not even giving him a start at LT.

O has even singled him out in updates as one of the players that have looked good.
