Our attrition is insane. it'll take 5 years to get back to 85 scholly players.

Coach O spent to much time in Lake Charles at the Casinos with his new Honey instead of getting the team ready.

At some point the coach can only do so much. The player has to be accountable

How DARE you suggest that on this board!

This line of thinking is a no-no here in these parts.

Well, all you need is a laptop to have those zoom meetings.

Wire played better anyways

According to PFF grades that is most definitely not the case in Wire vs. Rosenthal. Cam has been the lowest graded OLineman who has played this season at 53.3 overall.

But it is a really small sample size.

I've been pretty solid behind defending Coach O, but it looks like our culture went from amazing, to total shite in a year.

Lose a couple a games and people act like it's the end. This is not a normal year for anyone. Everyone will lose games they are not supposed. This is the root of all the negativity. Last year things like were stepped over.

If you look at O's career its basically: success, self destruction, wilderness, reinvention, success. He does this over & over again. Right now we are in the tail end of his current self destruction phase and entering the wilderness. If his ego doesn't get in the way, the wilderness phase shouldn't last long.

It must be amazingly hard. It is almost impossible to find a dude that is 20-30 years old that can pass a drug test for a job. They just cant stay off of it.

Sounds like the easiest solution would be to stop testing for weed

I'm really to the point where its one of those lets the kids play and find out what you got for next season and start building again, its hard to replace 20 players and come in and have huge success, is it possible? yes of course, but you need kids to buy in and keep their heads straight, i'm totally fine with making the playoff every 2-3 years if we can, of course I wanna go yearly but its hard to do unless you play in the ACC

This isn't specifically about Dare - just in general. How hard is it to NOT smoke weed? If you said to anyone on this board, "Hey.. stop smoking weed for three years and you'll be a millionaire" - I'm pretty sure we could all do it.

Meh. Name one player who would have made millions but didn’t because they smoked weed. NFL teams don’t care.

This is a given year-in & year-out. The difference this year is that we don’t have much leeway to deal with losing depth.

At this point you gotta pray we get through the remainder of the season without a single injury or setback at any position lol.
