If this is the worst thing that happens this offseason then LSU will be VERY happy.
The guy signed to play in a program, for a coach that is desperate to win big right now and really isn't hiding that fact. Yet, it took that program all of 1/2 a season to basically kick the kid off the team. Past history often being the best predictor of future actions suggested it was more likely than not he'd face some sort of discipline at LSU at some point.
If a problem player continuing to be a problem player is the worst thing that happens to LSU ahead of this season I'm ok with that.

Hell at this point in his career he's only 20 months away from the 2025 draft which he'll be eligible for. If his experiences at A&M didn't teach him anything when he got a fresh start at a new program which provided an opportunity to do the right things this time around, then I just don't know if he'll ever get it together.
All this is assuming OP's source is correct though. I'll wait until something more official comes out before reacting too harshly.

I mean, we could at least wait to see what it's for. Maybe he's suspended for his attitude which is why he wants guidance.
If you look at practice videos he seems down on himself and Steeples pulls him to the side to coach him. I mean if all it ends up being is his attitude then that's already a big improvement on what he was doing at TAMU. It's not something that's going to change overnight anyway.

Where does he go?
First off, can you still transfer and be eligible to play immediately at this point? I have no idea.
Second, who takes him? I'm not saying another school won't take a chance, but I think he's burned the bridges of top programs taking that risk.
Next up is gonna be a UCF, somebody in the Big 12 etc.
I think people saw the shite show that was the aggie locker room last year and thought maybe Denver wasn't the problem or that he didn't have the guidance he needed.
But if he leaves us (in record time) it's gonna raise a lot of red flags.

Whelp time to move along. Hopefully he gets his shite together but i think he is another head case like the big tight end Arik Gilbert we had a few years back. All the talent in world but he is his own worse enemy. Good luck to him.
