I was looking forward to watching today.

You could just hear an annoying guy screaming random shite. I think one of the last things he said was "let me hear that Tiger roar." Hannigriff just said, "I've really enjoyed the time with the guy sitting down in front tonight." sarcastically of course.

I was surprised by their fans, who I thought would be much more reserved.
Though, they are nowhere near South Carolina's obnoxious fanbase. I hate them.

You're so right. Our pitching staff right now is Nola and nothing! Vandy seems to be able to recrfuit good pitching. Why can't we? Coach M?

So. Kevin gausman?
Aaron Nola?
Jared poche?
Ryan eades?
Anthony Ronaldo?
Louis Coleman?
Marty ott?
Chris cotton?
Ever heard of any of those guys?

Vandy has our number. Result is cocky fans (understandably so).

My guess is their cockiness seems to fade around Super Regional time especially if they are one of the top eight.

I understand that no matter what we are ranked and no matter how good we are, we always have a target on us that brings out the most in the opposition. That goes for players and fans.

The fans from some schools just seem to have a lot LESS class than others.

All that said, I'm sure a trip to Baton Rouge for any other school results in the perception of our fans being total douches.

Arkansas beats Florida 9-3. No sweeps this weekend in the SEC.

Dude how many of them are on the roster now? Your list spans about 6 or 7 seasons. Nola is the only reliable arm we have at this point that's it. And don't argue that Poche belongs on the list until he proves it.That goes for the rest of the arms on the roster with the exception of maybe Fury, who is not a starter. Vandy runs great arms out there year after year.

And Vandy fails to make it to Omaha year after year. If our coach has the postseason record Corbin did they'd be ready to kick him out of town.

Fury, Broussard, Person, Cartwright have all been reliable. Bugg has the stuff and I would rely on him in any relief situation even though he's given up a run here or there.

I guess Joey is limited pitchcount after the ucl, or maybe the only comfortable answer for closer. He was good for 4-5 innings of pretty good stuff in '12 that's needed now.

After an injury like that, the best thing for him and for the team is to put him in the best situation to succeed which is that 1 inning at the end. You can tell him to go in there, light it up, and close it out on all that adrenaline which is good for his arm. I don't think it's due to pitch count.
