Les Miles and staff for not giving these players the PT they deserved when they were at LSU
Miles and his staff have put many talented players in the NFL. There are other things he can be criticized for but this one carries no weight.

Les Miles fans shite on players every day to justify their live for the HC. It's a program, and those players make a lot of sacrifices to stay 4 years and play. They are as important to the program as the coach those people idolize.
So other players have great careers here and show their love for LSU. Its odd the ones that are the biggest disappointments have the most butthurt. shite i havent heard this kind of crap from guys like rp or tm7 that were kicked off the fricking team.

...and why do you think he saw limited action?
Think it's just because Miles hated Shep?

It's hard to balance talent. But you have to admit Shep disappeared often, even after a long run. Hell, after his long TD this year he only carried the ball once the next two games.

So do you sit Landry to make room for shep?
It's about time we called a spade a spade... Shep just isn't that good for our system.

Why was he recruited, then encouraged to stay?

Miles and staff put players in the NFL.
Players put players in the NFL idiot because of their skills, now the coaches can help them with advice and shite like that, but ultimately a player is going to play in the NFL because of his talent wheteher he went to LSU or the Itwamba HS like Joe Horn.

Miles recruited him, but didn't know how to use the guy. RS issues may not be with how he was used or not used, but how he was treated.

I can agree with that. Behind closed doors no one knows what went on. RS could have been in the doghouse like others Miles has put there.

Of all the things you have ever said, this is probably the least enlightened.
SHep averaged over 7 yards per carry for his career which was around 100 carries. I would call any running back who can do that, successful.
1 yard, 2 yards, repeat 16 times. Long run. I remember his long run vs Auburn for his first TD. He made some decent runs at times, but the majority of the time, the kid was an easy target.

Goes to show that Miles fanatics will do anything to attack players, and protect the coach.
I've become indifferent with Miles now. I'm not happy with the offense at all either. How many times do you bang your head against a wall befor you realize it's bleeding?
There's nothing I can do about it, so why am I going to become emotional and act like he's the worst coach in history?
Doesn't mean I can't come here and say that I couldn't stand seeing Shep getting the ball because it was more than likely a trip up +\- yards 90% of the time.

Ask anyone that watched Shep's first few practices at QB and they'll tell you he was never going to be an SEC QB.
I really don't think Mett is either...as bad as i wanted him to be

Can someone tell me why Shep deserved playing time ?
Let me add this. According to pay sites who hav sources in the program, the reason Shep didn't he any playing time last night because he's in the doghouse with the coaching staff.
But let me guess, Shepard is an angel and he would never be disruptive?
This tweet proves that, let me tell you.

Yeah, we are watching different games and most likely different players.

I don't know, don't care. He was misused throughout his career which is obvious. That's all I care about. But if you want to demonize him, go for it. Everything I read points to something different.

So basically you're saying that kids came to LSU and left with the same skills they had in High school. Awesome.
