Based on a Twitter message.

Seriously?

Fasted isn't real. He's just a stereotype of the jaded and air headed negatiger. he is what our opponents wish our fanbase consisted of.

Seriously?

This is apparently exactly what Dwayne Jarrett did when he was living w/ Matt Leinart. He had to pay the money back to get reinstated.

"After a brief period of ineligibility due to his apparently inappropriate living situation with Matt Leinart, the NCAA reinstated him on August 9, 2006, making him eligible to play for the 2006 football season."

No I wasnt. Where did I say anything about RB. Anything else.

Being realistic and not looking at things through P&G glasses is not stupid. Players mess up, but you want to stick your head in the sand and say there is nothing to it. Do whatever you want.

Not a negatger.

fwiw

if shep had assistance in how his apartment was paid, this is pandora's box

either it came from the school, which would be 2 instances of a major violation within 2-3 years OR it came from a booster, which creates a "money man" and just welcomes investigation into our whole program

again? really? look, this is my stance since Rabalais mentioned it too:

quote:

at this point, i don't think it's baseless. best case scenario is that they are getting incorrect info from the same disreputable source...
find fault with that.

unlike you, i am not jumping to conclusions and misquoting people. try to keep up.

What if this isn't as bad as everyone thinks? What if, hypothetically, Shep lives with his girlfriend and she has been paying the rent. While this is against NCAA rules, it wouldn't be nearly as big a deal as what people are making it right now.

A situation like this would be along the lines with what Rabalais is saying the punishment could be (RS out a game or two......NOT LSU getting death penalty).

I guess my point is that jumping off the cliff right now is completely ridiculous, especially since no one here knows what actually happened.

Wait, are you asking people to wait for some facts? That is just a ridiculous request for all the chicken little "LSU" fans that post on this site.

we're on probation, so it is a big deal and his eligibility is in question

we're on probation now. anything that happens from here on out could be epic
