you can take your living stipend and pay it towards any housing. Dorm apartment anything. If Shep was using it for Apartment then we are fine correct?
Everyone keeps talking about Dwayne Jarretts case. He paid nothing for housing and pocketed his stipend. He would have been fine if he had paid his stipend for the apartment correct?

I think Lienhart's dad was considered "a booster" although he is a family member....so the NCAA just made him move out and pay rent. Both he an Matt were living there for free cause it was a family members home.

Correct and correct, I suppose.
Since WCA costs more than the Venue, there was possibly more money involved than it would cost to live in the Venue (If that makes sense). Maybe thats what they're investigating, but who knows.

Either that or Rosetta just jumped the gun and started digging in the mud when he found out Shep was at The Venue. If there is even an issue at all, it could possibly just be an issue with paperwork.
We all know LSU is a hot topic right now in the world of sports "reporting". If someone breaks something right now, they earn extra credibility. After that, they get more $dinero$ in the form of extra bandwidth usage on their site and better job offers.
It's kind of sad when all the media cares about is selling a story to make money. They used to actually report the news back in the day.

The value of the housing was greater than the value of the stipend. In addition to the stipend, I believe the excess rent was in question as well.
