We had to detour through backroads after Tallahassee all the way to I75. I10 East was closed after Tallahassee. Debris was everywhere but we made it. Not the safest option leaving yesterday but we made it. You can make it using the Waze app.

2 blocks from Church Street. Got a pretty good deal on it a few months back (3BR apt. $1,000 for 3 nights).

Our host kept wanting to know when we were arriving here near Epcot. He messaged us 4 times. Was weird but we let him know when we got through the detour and again when an hour out. All is perfect but he had us wondering his motive for constantly checking in with us during the drive from Baton Rouge.
I wonder now if these people are trying to blame Idalia and get Fed money to do repairs, pay them for cancelations, etc.
