Heading out after work today. Might stop at Ole Miss or in Memphis tonight, then shooting up to spend tomorrow evening in Chicago. It's gonna be a helluva trip

I drove. Took me two days at 550 miles a day.

Good news....Missouri through Illinois is smooth sailing. Do not go through Chicago.

Here's some advice on how to avoid Chicago. When you are on I 57 north and you get to Champaign, Illinois, take I- 74 to Bloomington/ Normal, Illinois, then take I-39 North to Rockford, Illinois. Then get on I-43 at Beloit, Wisconsin, which will take you to Milwaukee. From there you can either take I-41 or I-43 to Green Bay. This route is avoids Chicago and there is only one tollbooth for $1.90 in Rockford. Through Chicago and there are numerous tollbooths, and horrible traffic.
