You mean the fat worthless piece of shite who holds the NCAA record for touchdowns scored?

If Murphy does not get a significant amount of carries a game. I will become a negatiger

Marshall did not play for LSu dude. Kevin Faulk is the one exception. And i dont remember hilliard being a top back in the SEC. And The SEC is way tougher now then when Hilliard played.

You don't remember right. Hilliard was a freshman All-American and finished his career as the 3rd leading rusher in SEC history. He's still in the top 5 I think, second at LSU only to Faulk. And he still holds the LSU freshman rushing mark, not Faulk.

This is just eaten up with dumbass. I want the best set of backs to carry the damn ball, and though I love SR, if he isn't in that group because he hasn't produced on the field, so be it.

When has Murphy shown the ability to be a homerun hitter?

Spring practice 2009.

The again, our D sucked, so no one really knows. He did get stuffed for a loss in OT vs Alabama in 2008 because some dumbass called a wildcat play with him as QB after getting 6 yards on 1st with Charles Scott power play.

I think it will be fairly even between Ridley and Ford.

RB is a major question mark this year. Word around BR last year was coaches didn't feel confident they had a guy who could carry the load this year. That probably means unless someone has developed huge from then to now, we're going to run a steady dose of a 3 back system...which IMO, isn't a good thing.

Backs will be coming in certain situations and defenses will adjust. We need 1 guy who can carry the load and do it all.

We have no idea if Ridley could be the overall guy until this season. Remember he was still coming back from an ACL 6 months prior in 2009.

He does hit the hole hard. Hopefully our OL will be able to open up some for him this season.

According to his profile, he was born 4 years after Hilliard left LSU...could explain it.

It usually takes longer than a year to fully recover from those type of injuries. Its one reason players who suffer it in college, slack off through the rest of their career. Both Murphy and Ridley are coming off major injuries. I think Ware will eventually get into the rotation this year.

It still bothers me and it'll be 4 years this fall.

Ridley did a hell of a job IMO 6 or 7 months after an ACL tear behind that horrid line last year. I think some dont realize how bad Jefferson ran that inside read option last year also. Terrible execution!

That was a entirely different situation. I think its safe to say...we had much better backups on the roster then. They certainly rose to the occasion and answered questions. This depth chart could do the same but I'd say they're more questionable than that year...

Hester did his thing as he did his entire career here.

Keiland looked like the bulb was coming on for him at spots. He started to show it at the end of his Freshman season. Many thought he'd take it from Hester eventually. Still performed good in spots throughout that season.

CS had bright spots.

TH did his thing.

As opposed to two guys coming off major knee surgery and two freshman who have zero experience...a lot of question marks there.

Ford will establish himself as starter sooner than people think. The best back on the team right now.
