Regardless of what you think of the act, anytime it is non-consensual it is a crime. It has been awhile since I practiced law in Louisiana but it is also probably two separate crimes if done in public. Not seeing the depravity of committing a public, non-consensual sexual act on someone else is evidence that someone is a "low-life."

I paid a buddy a dollar and some marlboro miles to put his dick on another buddys lips while he was passed out. He did it...and every fricking one of us laughed our asses off.
We got a kick out of it. We were fricking young dumb teenagers. And not a damn one of us is gay. We all got ole ladys and kids and cheat on our ole ladies with women.
And guess what...Next time, he wasn't the one getting fricked with, he stayed awake and had no problem participating in future incidents.
