obviously the dude found himself in a bad situation; having too much to drink and finding himself alone for whatever reason. but that in no way excuses the actions of someone taking advantage of the situation. if he would have taken the dude's wallet, it still would be theft. if he'd have punched him in the face, it still would be assault.
this was taped and posted online specifically to humiliate this individual.

When has anyone said it was ok? Things happen daily that aren't ok but sometimes the person that was done wrong just needs to chalk it up as a lesson learned. I haven't seen the video but I would think the bama fans were probably drunk also....that doesn't make it ok.
