All I remember was that everyone seemed to want either Riley, Napier or Fisher, with Aranda and Stoops as darkhorses.
When Kelly was announced, it came out of nowhere (sort of like a similar announcement made in January of 2000.)
The media was quick to say Napier would have been a better fit and that he would have more early success at Florida than Kelly would here. lololol.
