LSU plays FL/GA/BAMA in the regular season

LSU beats BAMA

LSU faces FL/GA (again) in SECCG (and wins)

LSU faces BAMA (again) in Playoffs

Its ridiculous, but seems a foregone conclusion in the media minds that BAMA losing to LSU essentially gives them a bye (no chance of losing the SECCG) into the playoffs.

I know this is hypothetical, but not that absurd.

When will the BS stop?

Why not just focus on winning all your games instead of whining about all the possibilities?

Since we're playing hypotheticals on this bye week, does a one loss Big Ten champ OSU get in over a one loss Bama that doesn't play for the conference champ?

We put ourselves in this situation when we lost to Florida.

I like what you are bringing to this board.

But I do love me some irony.

Lots of that here coming from a Bama fan.

well that's the way the playoff works. Its not conference champs its 4 best teams. And as long as its only 4 that's the way it should be.

And Notre Dame needs to join a conference or GTFO.

A 1 loss B1G Champ Michigan gets in for sure

Alternatively, LSU just doesn't lose to UF and we're probably in at 11-1

I know this board says that, but I actually doubt Alabama would get in at 11-1 this year. They've played a horrific schedule and would have lost to the only team worth a shite.

The loss to UF was a big mistake. But why should the gumps worry about losing to LSU. They'll get to the playoff regardless...unless State or the Barners manage to beat them.

The irony of not just focusing on his own team. or

The irony of Bama not having to win all of its games, or

The irony of whining about whining?

To me, the biggest irony is that gump troll are tolerated here (because of money) whereas any LSU fan gets banned in a manner similar to what happened to DW40.

The entire gump nation is nothing more than NPCs.

Wanting a ban on opposing view points while advocating Devin White’s targeting call be reversed is also kind of ironic.
